–   12 ounces (26-30) of extra-large shrimp, cleaned

–   3 fresh corn on the cob

–   6 sweet potatoes

–   6 tablespoons of melted butter or olive oil

–   1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder

–   2 teaspoons of garlic powder

–   2 teaspoons of onion powder

–   1/2 teaspoon of salt

–   1 teaspoon of old bay seasoning

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

9. Next, clean and dry the shrimp. Pour another third of the season butter over the shrimp and toss well.
10. Once the potatoes have cooked for fifteen minutes, remove the pan from the oven and stir the potatoes so that they bake evenly.
11. Put them back into the oven and let cook for another ten minutes before removing them.
12. Once the corn has cooked, drain and let them cool. Then, roll them in the remaining seasoned butter and set aside until the potatoes are done cooking.
13. Remove the sweet potatoes from the oven once cooked and push them to one side of the pan.
14. Place the corn in the middle of the pan. On the end, place the shrimp spread out in rows.
15. Cook for three minutes before removing the pan to turn the corn and shrimp over.
16. Cook for another three minutes or until the shrimp has curled and turned a light pink color.
17. Serve immediately with rolls or seasoned rice.
