12 ounces tomato sauce

3 carrots, peeled and cut in ribbons

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon dried thyme

1 tablespoon agave syrup

3 portions of spaghetti (or any other pasta of your choice)
