Chocolate Cooking Class: Appetizers to Desserts

I don’t go to that many cooking classes, but this one, coming up Wednesday, 2/12 at Publix in Alpharetta sounds quite interesting. The class is led by Cookbook Author, Francine Segan, and includes chocolate in each course: Salad and Entree. See the full menu below. The class come from Perugina’s La Scuola del Cioccolato (School of Chocolate). They promise to demystify the processes of tempering, molding and baking with chocolate.

WHAT: Celebrate Valentine’s Day with Italy’s legendary chocolatier,
Perugina. Best known for its iconic Baci chocolates, Perugina
confections are still 100% Italian made in the hill town of Perugia near the
historic home of St. Valentine. This chocolate class will allow you to
create your own hand-crafted Baci, the Italian word for “kisses.”
