EDIN’s 7th Annual Celebrity Dance Challenge is Thursday, April 20 at Buckhead Theatre. Watch Chef Todd Dae Kulper shake it up, Bollywood style!
Edin (or Eating Disorders Information Network) is raising money to fight eating disorders with the help of their celebrity dancers. EDIN was founded in 1996 and has long been influential about raising the awareness of eating disorders, providing help to those it affects and reducing the stigma associated with it.
The celebrity dance challenge is EDIN’s largest event created to raise awareness about eating disorders and to promote body positivity and self-esteem. Created in likeness to the hit show “So You Think You Can Dance” local Atlanta celebrities are paired with professional dancers to compete. Proceeds from the event go directly to EDIN through programs and projects to prevent eating disorders.
In my mind, I always sort of thought of this as ballroom dancing only. But when I was talking to Chef Todd Dae Kulper, he told me he’s doing a Bollywood style dancing! How cool is that. Not only is Todd an incredible chef and a kind and supportive friend, but he’s got moves!
