Being healthy and losing weight is about more than just limiting your calorie intake and exercising. Your daily habits play an important role, and there’s a huge range of different factors that contribute to how healthy you are overall. Eat regularly

Many people are unsure of the correct quantities of food when it comes to weight loss. This raises the question, how often should you eat? While this varies by diet, the general recommendation is to eat three meals and three snacks throughout the day. Most importantly avoid late-night eating and snacking. Avoid skipping meals

It is a common misconception that skipping meals will help you lose weight faster. Unfortunately, the opposite can actually be true. Skipping meals and being hungry greatly increases your chances of many unhealthy food choices later on. This means that you may end up eating more calories than you would if you had eaten regular meals throughout the day. When starting a weight loss or fitness journey, it is important to try and rid yourself of the all or nothing mindset. For that reason, it is always best to set achievable goals and have realistic expectations about what you want to achieve.
