This is a sponsored post by Groupon. All opinions are mine.
I’ve never been much of a coupon clipper. It all seems like too much of a hassle. But give me a discount code or an app I can use? Now that’s something I could see myself using.
Did you know that Groupon offers coupons from retailers that most of us shop? My most recent experience was a Groupon purchase in April for a Salt Cave (cool experience with several locations around Atlanta), which I enjoyed but was happy to know that I can save in other ways too. Until I received this notification from Groupon I thought they only offered deals on dinners or experiences.
I found a 40 percent off offer from Travelocity on a flight + hotel package when booked within 24 hours. Another online retailer I like is Shutterfly and I found on on Groupon coupons too. They had deals like free shipping, half off photo books and even free 4 x 6 prints. Heck, they even had Starbucks coupons for 50 percent off Frappuccinos.
The most useful coupons I found were the ones for Target. I don’t know about you but Target just sucks me in every time I shop there and a quick errand at Target turns into an hour long shopathon and I always end up spending like 50 bucks. I found coupons for $50 off a Vitamix and 33 percent off televisions.
I like that Groupon is offering coupons on places I shop at regularly. It’s also nice that I don’t have to bother clipping coupons. I can select which ones I want and many are as easy to claim as signing up with your email address (I just use my junk email so I don’t clutter my regular inbox.).
