Dressing for Instant Pot Salad
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 limes juiced
- 2 tbsp honey
- salt and pepper to taste
Salad ingredients for this easy Instant Pot recipe
- 6 ounces of lettuce mix
- ½ carrots shredded
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ ripe mango
- ¼ cup onion
- ½ cup of quinoa
- 3/4 cup water
HOW TO MAKE INSTANT POT MANGO QUINOA SALAD
Add all the ingredients for dressing and whisk together. Set aside.
Add quinoa and water to instant pot. Put the top on and hit manual, high pressure and set time to 1 minute.
