Copycat recipe: The Melting Pot Green Goddess Dip [ready in 5 minutes]

green godess dip recipe

How come Green Goddess dressing/dip seems to be out of vogue? I still love it. This dip goes great with broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, celery, or zucchini. It’s a great idea to serve during your super bowl party.

This recipe is so easy, it is funny that green goddess sounds so fancy when the recipe couldn’t be more simple, don’t you think? Here are the six ingredients you will need to make this delicious, savory, green goddess dip:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons finely sliced chives

In a microwave-safe container, microwave cream cheese and milk for 2 to 4 minutes, whisking after each minute, until cream cheese
melts and mixture is smooth. Stir in sour cream, onion, parsley and chives. Refrigerate until cold.
