For the first time in its history, Rotana La Reserva, with its 17th century manor house, offers refurbished interior rooms all year round and new experiences throughout its 200 hectares of land above Manacor this month. Vineyards, ancient woodland, organic farmlands and two hotels, one golf course. The majority of resorts have a lobby area. This is a postcode.
Again, it’s the Estate

Not many properties exist that have the combination of this size and diversity. The resort lies within a private property and combines the idea of a working country side holiday with luxury hotel. This building does not have a registration area. You come in to a landscape.
House of the 17th century, where its appearance is still preserved.

The Finca House has 24 rooms and suites in a beautifully restored manor house. Original stone arches, exposed beams and preserved frescoes have all been preserved, and live with modern comfort. The new look is modern mallorcan, which is created by the rock, the land, the harvest and the generations of tradition on the island. The building is personal, much like an old man, and doesn’t talk much, so that no one else will hear the views.
An agritourism without the air quotes

Es Mayolet is an agritourism resort with a big dirt quotient, consisting of ten rooms and 28 hectares. Olive trees, almond and carob groves, orchards and organic farmland use a vineyard, sensory garden and vegetable garden as their water source. It’s a hotel in which they grow their own food.
Livestock as Amenities

Options include the opportunity to interact with the resident horses, donkeys, sheep and lambs, walk around the pool or cycle around the landscape. No one gives you a wrist band. Donkeys couldn’t care less who you are, it’s good for them.
Only 15 minutes of golf each day, golf without the waiting

9 holes of hills, vineyards and centuries old olive groves all dedicated to guests who stay at the hotel. No tee time, no green fee and no crowds. With every stay all driving range, chipping and putting greens, bunkers and a 100 metre par three are free of charge.
Dinner That Lives Next Door

It is starring chef Michelin star Andreu Genestra and executive chef Irene Lluch who prepare a new menu every day. Following the harvest, four courses are designed by four dining experiences that are based on the estate grown produce and ingredients from Mallorcan farmers, fishermen and artisans and Sa Vinya d’Es Mayolet.
The tortoises were the first people in the Garden

In open land, the wild Mediterranean tortoises and other native species are no longer behind glass, but can be observed in their natural habitat. So this estate represents a conservation, rather than an entertainment concern. The tortoise are not playing. It’s a Tuesday day.
Arriving by Helicopter, Naturally

The private heliport of the hotel on the island of Mallorca is the only heliport in private property, since it drops the passengers directly on the land of the estate, which is about 15 minutes, around 40 minutes by car from the airport. It is up to you and your calendar whether or not a helicopter is worthwhile to save.
Balloons until dawn, boats until noon

During the morning the hot air balloons fly over the vineyards, the olive trees and the golf course. Later, with sunseeker it leaves from Porto Colom with 30 minutes’ drive to the coves of Cala Marçal, Cala Mitjana and Cala Sa Nau.
The Cost of What it Costs

From May to October the rates are €571 per night (plus VAT and breakfast for 2 guests) and from November to April the rates are €430 per night (plus VAT and breakfast for 2 guests). No room charges. You are walking through 200 hectares of land, no one else walks.
