If you like avacados, you’ll love Rosa Mexicano’s chilled avacado soup. Who would have that that soup would be such a great option in the summer? While the recipe does call for Rosa Mexicano’s chicken broth, you’ll be find with plain chicken broth. Rosa’s chicken broth has some roasted jalepenos in it for added heat.
